EU energy structure is keep changed, the rate of utilization for traditional fossil-fuel was gradually reduced. In 2010, the EU coal supply 8% of the world, 2000-2009 presents negative growth (3.8%). The CO₂ emissions in 2009 were 4310.3 mil-tones, more than 2008 years to reduce 6.9%.
