Abstract [en]

A numerical-analytical method is developed for reconstructing tensor permittivity and permeability of a dielectric diaphragm in a rectangular waveguide. The techniques and obtained solutions can be implemented in practical measurements for the investigation of new artificial materials and media and can be applied in optics, nanotechnology, and design of microwave devices.
