The aim of this essay is to investigate the differences of two organizations' accomplishments within internal communication connected to psychological security to their workplaces. The investigation is based on one survey that was sent to these two organizations. The analysis will be supported by Edmondsons psychological safety scale. The method is based on mixed methods which are qualitative and quantitative studies. The result and the conclusion of the essay is that a communicative environment is necessary to perform at a workplace, and that internal communication combinated to psychological security is required to get good results.
