Abstract [en]
Effective information dissemination and communication are crucial for achieving betterand more productive management within the production sector. This study focuses on amanufacturing industry and examines how effective daily management can be attainedthrough improved communication methods and a focus on relevant information, as wellas exploring methods for daily management implementation.The study reveals that detailed information on order status, priorities, materialavailability, and personnel presence is essential for planning and executing workefficiently. The analysis also highlights the importance of inclusive and transparentcommunication channels between management and workers. Regular meetings and thestrategic use of digital tools and information boards are recommended to ensure thatcritical information is not overlooked. Regular daily management meetings, where dailyresponsibilities and priorities are discussed, have been described in the study as aneffective approach.To conduct the study, literature reviews, interviews, and observations were carried outin a manufacturing industry, alternating between theory and empirical evidence to forma conclusion.
