Abstract [sv]

Med utgångspunkt i en analysmetod framtagen av The American Association of the Advancement of Science (AAAS) utfördes en läromedelsanalys på två separata utgåvor av ett läromedel författade av Birgitta Thulin och Sten Elm (Religion 1, utgiven 2010 och Religion 1 & 2, specialisering, utgiven 2013). Undersökningen gjordes för att söka svar på följande frågor: 1) Vad står det i ämnesplanen för grundkursen religionskunskap? 2) Vad står i motsvarande läromedel? 3) Hur skiljer sig de två undersökta utgåvorna? 4) Hur väl överensstämmer styrdokument och böcker med varandra?

Analysen av materialet upptäckte att det finns en betydande diskrepans mellan innehållet i båda de undersökta böckerna, i jämförelse med styrdokumentets centrala innehåll. 

Abstract [en]

With base in an analytic method developed by The American Association of the Advancement of Science (AAAS) a learning material analysis was performed on two separate editions of a book written by Birgitta Thulin and Sten Elm (Religion 1, published 2010 and Religion 1 & 2, specialisering, published 2013). The investigation was carried out to search for answers regarding the following questions: 1) What is said in the syllabus, for the first course in religion? 2) What is said in matching learning materials? 3) How much do the two investigated editions differ? 4) How well does syllabus and learning materials match?

The analysis of the material discovered that there is a considerable discrepancy between the content in the investigated books, in comparison to the central goals of curriculum.
