Aim: To describe the effects of early palliative care on quality of life and painmanagement in patients with advanced cancer.Method: This article is a descriptive review. The author used the PubMed databasesearch to include 11 early palliative treatment RCT research articles published between2013 and 2023 based on research objectives and research questions, and summarizedthem.Results: By analyzing and summarizing 11 articles. Six articles showed that earlypalliative care can effectively improve the quality of life of advanced cancer patients, 3articles showed no improving quality of life is ineffective, and 2 articles showed that itcan effectively alleviate pain.Conclusion: This study describes the effects of early palliative care on quality of lifeand pain management in patients with advanced cancer.Early palliative care may have acertain positive impact on the quality of life and pain management of patients withadvanced cancer. Further research on the effects of early palliative care on differenttypes or locations of advanced cancer and its effects on pain management in advancedcancer patients may help us further understand the important role of early palliative carein clinical applications.Keywords: Nursing, advanced cancer ， early palliative care, quality of life, painmanagment
