Background: As one of the most rapidly growing malignant tumors in the world, lung cancer poses a great challenge to global public health. Surgery plays an important role in the treatment of lung cancer. However, although surgery can effectively remove the tumor, patients often face many problems after surgery. These problems can not only affect the patient's recovery process, but also negatively affect the outcome of treatment. Nursing intervention aims to optimize the patient's treatment experience through a series of nursing measures, to improve the patient's treatment effect and quality of life. Through effective nursing intervention for lung cancer patients after surgery, patients can better cope with the physical and mental pressure brought by surgery, promote physical recovery and improve the quality of life.Aim: To explore which nursing measures can support patients after lung cancer surgery. Methods: Two databases, PubMed and CINAHL, were used to search and select the literature during the 10-year period, and the articles were screened according to PRISMA requirements. Based on the purpose and research question, this paper makes an objective comparison and classification analysis of 10 articlesResults: Patients with lung cancer after surgery are faced with problems in life, physiology, psychology and other aspects. Nursing staff play a huge role in the process of postoperative nursing for patients with lung cancer, and there are clear improvements in these aspects:1. Physical quality 2. psychological quality, 3. life. Conclusion: This study confirmed that multi-dimensional care such as respiratory rehabilitation (such as CPAP and breathing training), psychological intervention (narrative therapy /VR), pain management, and sleep optimization can significantly improve the respiratory function, psychological status, and quality of life of patients after lung cancer surgery, while reducing medical costs. The integration of the above measures can provide a practical plan for the postoperative nursing of lung cancer that considers curative effect, humanistic care and economy.
