The aim of the study was to investigate how general self-esteem and performance-based self-esteem among administrative staff predict their self-rated work performance. The study was conducted using a digital survey with 80 participants. General self-esteem and performance-based self-esteem were able to predict self-rated work performance, where general self-esteem was the strongest predictor.
