Rapporten presenterar industridesignstudenten Caroline Amritzers designprocess och resultat i hennes projekt “Ergonomic cosmetic packaging for value creation and an independent lifestyle”. Genom att fokusera på den etiska potentialen hos ergonomi och produktestetik, med avseende för personer med nedsatt handfunktion. Genom olika användarstudier, formsökning och skissering resulterar projektet i en handhållen kosmetisk förpackning som erbjuder användaren frihet och representation genom funktion och form.

The report presents industrial design student Caroline Amritzer’s design process and results in her project “Ergonomic Cosmetics for Value Creation and an Independent Lifestyle”.By focusing on the ethical potential of ergonomics and product aesthetics, in regards to people with impaired hand function. Through various user studies, form exploration and sketching, the project results in a handheld cosmetic packaging that offers the user freedom and representation through function and form.
